This is to inform you that I recently got a welcome call from operations department during which I was informed about the complete details of my booked Unit. I am really happy and glad to share with u that it is a unique practice done by you guys that what ever the details of total costing and much more was informed to me by your sales department the same has without and doubts or confusion was informed to me by the operation department also. I have made many investments earlier where there was a usual fake commitments were made by the sales department to get the booking. However my experience with imperial Heights is totally different.

We are a group of investors in Himachal and initially we purchased the property in Imperial Heights for Investment purpose. However after seeing the quality of construction and their crystal clear policies we have decided to take this property for second home option. We are a group of around 50 persons who have taken apartments in “Imperial Heights” for stay with family purpose which will make “Imperial Heights” a small Himachal in Punjab.
